Origin
The origin of the name
La Farigoule was born where two worlds meet. Between Provence and the Orient, between Mediterranean light and the depth of oriental notes, between simple elegance and precious refinement.
La Farigoule takes its name from Provençal, where it means the wild thyme that grows across the landscapes of southern France. An authentic, hardy plant, recognisable by its singular scent.
That identity is what inspires our perfume house: creations with character, rooted in Mediterranean elegance and open to influences from elsewhere. Between the scents of the Midi, oriental spices and fragrances inspired by Dubai, every perfume tells a journey between tradition and refinement.
Craft
How a La Farigoule fragrance is born
INSPIRATION — Every perfume begins with an emotion, a place, a precise moment. A souk at dusk. A morning of lavender. A night of jasmine.
SOURCING — We source fine ingredients: oud from the Middle East, Damask rose, Tuscan iris, Haitian vetiver. Nothing standardised.
CREATION — Our formulas are developed with independent perfumers, in constant dialogue with our vision. No compromise on intensity.
MANUFACTURE — Our perfumes are made to the most demanding standards. From dilution to bottle, every stage is controlled.
QUALITY CONTROL — Every batch is tested before shipping. We send only what we are proud to wear ourselves.
